If you missed my post from yesterday, I shared my personal journey with depression and suicidal thoughts. I have received an outpouring of emails, comments and facebook messages from family, friends, and followers. I am so grateful for the support and love! You guys are amazing. And thank you for all who opened up with your own experiences. It definitely takes away the loneliness when others can relate and understand. Little by little we can help take away the stigma.
