Minimalist Bohemian Home Office
Last week, I showed you guys our bonus room staged to sell. It has long been our over-cluttered-death-trap of a playroom covered in toys. My computer desk and office supplies were crammed in the corner. When it came time to sell, I knew that had to change. I went for a minimalist boho vibe to keep it simple yet retain personal style. In our next home (take the tour here), I hope to keep the same style and limit the clutter.
Today, I have pulled together a source list with a similar look from my affiliate links*.

To create a minimalist office space with a boho vibe, start with a basic overhead light. My own is silver and was purchased at Home Depot, but I really love this white warehouse pendant.
Next, go for a simple desk with clean lines like this white Parsons desk. It’s only $54.99!
I currently use one of my vintage Bentwood dining chairs in my office space. The seats were recovered by a previous owner in teal vinyl. I couldn’t find anything similar online, but do love warm wood tones paired with white. Like this set of European Bentwood Chairs:
I try to keep very little on my own desk, just my iMac desktop computer, a brass pharmacy lamp and a potted plant currently. My lamp was a thrift store find, but I love the marble base on this desk lamp:
If you want to add some green to your desk but don’t have a green thumb or enough natural light in the location, why not go for potted faux succulents and cacti like this one:
The walls were kept bare in my office, for selling purposes, with only a large round mirror found on the Target clearance rack. Unfortunately, it is no longer available online, but the Mazzeo Wall Mirror makes a similar statement:
Next to the desk in my office, we have an armchair that I keep a throw blanket and pillow on. My kids like to sit here when they play games on the tablet. The Clara Tufted Armchair in Beige below looks sophisticated yet comfortable.
You can add a pop of color and bohemian style next to the chair with an ottoman like the Leander Pouf:
Every home office can use extra storage. To keep it simple in my own since we were staging to sell, I used baskets similar to this Natural Seagrass Belly Basket.

Congratulations on selling your home! And I really need that pouf in my life, maybe two of them 🙂 I love the chill vibe of these all pulled together, so pretty.
