It’s been awhile since I have gotten out my canon camera to take some portraits of the little two, but lately I have been challenging myself to get it out more and more. Violet’s Goodnight Moon Birthday Party
Hey Friends! Can you believe that my sweet baby girl, Violet, turned two yesterday? I can’t, that’s for sure! We’ve had two fun filled years with our sweet, spunky, lovable girl. She loves to give “huggy’s,” read books, “biwd” blocks, play with her big brother and sister and make up her own words. Grandma = “Mocha”; water = gaga; apple cider (her favorite!) = goup, her brother Owen = “Buh” and sister Hazel sounds like “Hey-dough. Yesterday, our sweet little baby Violet turned one year old! This past year seems to have flown by, and we couldn’t imagine life without her. She has brought so much happiness and laughter to our family. Her older siblings are smitten with her and dote on her constantly. It is the sweetest to watch. Even Owen, who was sure he wasn’t ever going to like her and “didn’t even know why we were having a baby since he didn’t want one.” He is over the moon for this little girl now. Ten Months with Baby Violet
It’s hard to believe that almost a year has passed since our little Violet Isla was born, but November 12th will be here before we know it. This little lady has brought so much joy and happiness to our lives. I can still remember the day when I heard Hazel wish on a dandelion that “Mommy and Daddy would have a baby.” I remind her of that now and how little Violet is her wish come true. It’s hard to believe our little Violet passed the six month point..but here we are. In fact, she just turned 7 months yesterday and I totally missed it! Mom brain to the fullest these days. It’s probably because I have two others to tend to at the same time, but this seems like the fastest growing baby ever.
